Site Manager / Site Agent
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum negotiable, company vehicle etc
A North East based utilities contractor are keen to source a suitably qualified Utilities Site Manager/Agent.
Based from the companies Tyne & Wear offices you will be responsible for the site management of a number of new and maintenance projects in the region. The company has significant framework agreements and a very healthy order book and as such the right candidate can expect great career prospects and to work for a company that prides itself on staff development and growth.
The role will include:
• Multi-site management
• Site investigations and reports
• Site health & safety, reporting, staff management, 3rd party liaison
• Direct control of contractors and sub-contractors
• Site meetings
• Planning and financial budgeting
• Ordering of materials and managing/reduction of waste
The ideal candidate will have extensive utilities experience especially within the water sector (Utilities). Have relevant industry site management certification ie CSCS, H&S cert etc
