Site Manager – No1 on 90 x New Build Houses
Role: Site Manager
Location: Hougton Regis, Bedfordshire
Company Overview: Our client is a leading house builder specialising in new build residential projects nationwide. We are currently recruiting for the Cambridgeshire region who typically undertake developments ranging from 40 units to 120 units for the private sale market in Cambs and Beds. They have an outstanding reputation for delivering a high quality project on time and budget and their sites frequently win NHBC and design awards.
Position: They are starting 90 new build houses in Hougton Regis, Bedfordshire in May for which they require a Site Manager (No.1). You will be responsible for all site activities and subcontractor management, reporting to a Contracts Manager. You will also have an Assistant Site Manager.
Individual: You will ideally but not necessarily come from a trades/bricklaying background and be seeking to join a company with a fantastic reputation, paying well.
Previous experience on new build residential projects is essential
