Henry Martin are working alongside a highly regarded main contractor, who have a track record of delivering high quality construction projects for over 60 years. Due to recent project wins, our client is recruiting for a conscientious Site Manager to join the team.
Much of our clients work in within Central London but they do operate within the M25. They undertake new build construction and structural refurbishment projects across both the private & public sector.
As a Site Manager, you will initially be working as part of a team on a £40Mil new build commercial scheme in Central London. The scheme offers technical challenges due to neighbouring buildings and its facade being grade II listed.

As a Site Manager working within a main contractor currently, It would also be important for you to have a either a construction or engineering degree. A trade background would also be considered.
