Site Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £50000 – £60000/annum
My client urgently requires a Site Manager with experience in Healthcare and Medical Centre new build and refurbishments, project values will typically be £500k to £5m, based in North London and Hertfordshire.
Primary responsibility for the successful delivery of the project with respect to Budget, Programme, Health & Safety and Quality, as required and role will involve:
* Ensure SHE Policies & Industry best practice are adhered to throughout the construction phase.
* Proven knowledge and experience of Design and Build Projects
* Primary Healthcare experience and working within a live medical facility
* Competent with using ASTA Power Project
It is also essential for right Site Manager to have the following experience and hold the the following valid qualifications:
• SSSTS/SMSTS
• Full Driving license
• Conflict resolution/communication skills
