SHEQ Manager – Groundworks – Oxford

Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum Car Pension Healthcare Bonus
Our client are a leading groundworks contractor working with a select client base of residential developers. The business has grown exponentially and has established a new regional office as part of a controlled expansion plan. They are seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to oversee health and safety and quality issues on residential groundworks projects. The role will be office based in Oxford covering Oxon, Milton Keynes, Northants and Warcs. The SHEQ Manager will:
* Advise the management team on legislation
* Maintain/update company health and safety policies
* Prepare and approve site health and safety plans
* Communicate health and safety policies to the workforce
To be considered you'll have:
* A background in a similar role with a civils or groundworks contractor
* Ideally a NEBOSH qualification
