Working for an award-winning national landscaping company with revenues in the region of £500+ million in the city of London. Covering East and South-East London, undertaking Advisory, Quality and Audit inspections across a prestigious project portfolio.

Role Description:
One of UK and Europe's leading landscaping organisations who work across both private and public sectors and have an excellent reputation within their market & specialise in a wide range of prestigious projects from landscape design and build to grounds maintenance. Ambitious growth plans by the business will see landscaping division double their turnover by the year 2025. They have an excellent reputation within the landscaping market and have a secured an impressive pipeline of new sites for a few years to come. Most of their work is within East and SE London.
The Health and Safety team covers all project teams based in the Southern region responsible for a project portfolio that ranges in value from £100,000 up to schemes in excess of £3 million. As such it has become more of an advisory and quality checking service from supporting the pre-construction tenders (legal, regulatory and organisational) through to the site inspections and quality audits.
This role is at the Site level covering any live site in the Southern region with a focus on East and South-East London. You are not involved with the set up as the site management team controls that, your role is to advise if required and inspect once the site in live. In effect acting as the Health and Safety Inspector ensuring the RAMS are correct, the site is operating safely and to the correct standards.
As a Health and Safety Advisor you are there to engage with the stakeholders and site teams. Then coach and support, being an effective communicator as everyone is trying to achieve the same goals. Helping the team see mistakes before they happen and supporting them when issues occur is all in the organisation's interests for a zero-harm environment.

NEBOSH (minimum requirement)
Landscaping, or construction project experience
Been in a full time Health and Safety, SHEQ based position previously in the UK.
Strong and effective communication skills PLEASE NOTE
