Salary :

Be front and centre in the Aftersales experience for Farmstar Customers, while being responsible for the efficient running of the service team and service office

* Knowledge of Agricultural and Groundcare Machinery

* Manage existing customer accounts and build new relationships to increase department growth

* Managing customer expectations with regards to increased cost of repairs

* To resolve staff and customer disputes that may arise in a time efficient manner

* Monitor Cash Flow and Invoicing

* Daily management of Service Technicians through planning and allocating work on Job Cards, based
on their skills and expertise

* To adhere to all dealer standards programme and ensure your department complies with the guidelines set within the standards

* Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with customers

* during busy periods both verbal (be first point of contact for Marr Service calls) and written

* Work effectively under pressure and deal with both customers and colleagues in a calm manner when they are under pressure

* Support members of the Service Team where needed

* Be organised and have the ability to multitask efficiently

* Act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature

* Proactive and methodical in approach to problem solving

* Be able to work alone and on your own initiative

* Familiarity of profit/loss management and reporting

* Write quotations for insurance repairs

* Liaise with Suppliers regarding warranty issues and price up warranties for the Sales Team

* Supply Service offers to the Sales Teams and advise Marketing team of any special deals to advertise
