Service Coordinator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £21000 – £25000/annum
I currently have a great opportunity to join a expanding company,based just outside of Grantham, as their consumer services coordinator. This role will be the main point of contact for customers ensuring all communication are carried out in a timely and accurate way.
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of building strong working relationships with stakeholders,be able to prioritise tasks in a dynamic working environment, work as part of an established team and understand the value and benefits of good customer service.
Key responsibilities in the role will include:
* Sale contract maintenance for a specified group of consumers.
* Receiving bookings from consumers and applying to sales
* Communicating specific movement requirements to the relevant planner
* Arranging farmer collections with the relevant Farm Service Co-ordinator.
* Discussing and agreeing allowances with consumers/stores.
* Working with the wider team to ensure deliveries are carried out effectively and consumers are communicated with correctly.
Required skills and experience:
* Computer literate in use of MS Office products.
* Commercial awareness with a professional approach.
* Negotiation skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills.
* To be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Team player.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ambition to learn and develop new skills.
