Our Chester le Street location are looking for a Technical Service Co-ordinator to assist the Service Delivery Manager, in carrying out support for the service department. This permanent, full time position offers a highly competitive salary plus benefits which include pension scheme, Healthshield, Yulife, an annual bonus and 33 days holiday (including bank holidays).
Your responsibilities would include being the first point of contact for service calls and opening service jobs, planning service and inspection work, scheduling and coordinating Field Service Engineers, materials and other resources required for the efficient completion of the jobs as well as creating purchase orders and invoices.
