Salary : £21000 – £28000/annum 20 DAYS HOLIDAY + BANK HOLS PENSION

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Service Co-Ordinator to join there team.
The role and your duties will include:
* Answering calls from the engineers and inputting details of their materials requirements onto our computer system to ensure on time delivery.
* Assisting with the timely resourcing of ad hoc products required by the engineers.
* Assisting with maintaining the log of company training undertaken and with processing of invoices received for training and claims for training costs.
* Provision of general clerical and administrative support including word processing, filing, maintenance of relevant records, telephone answering, taking and passing of messages, photocopying and maintaining records.
* Processing Engineers Dockets after works complete for follow up works & charges
* Creating Job Costings for New Installs after Sales
* Ordering Monitoring units for Alarm installs
* Checking Monitoring Reports from Alarm Receiving Centre
* Closing out Jobs after Installs complete & producing Certificates for customers
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent organisational & administrative skills.
* Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook.
* Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
* Ability to work well under pressure, prioritising workload and meeting strict deadlines.
* Proven communication skills, written & verbal.
* The ability to be both a self-starter & to work as part of a team
