You'll be:
* Responding to customer enquiries for breakdowns and servicing.
* Liaising with depots and ASC's regarding all aspects of repairs and service calls.
* Liaising with depots ASC's regarding all aspects of maintenance and service contracts.
* Maintaining documents and files for maintenance contracts and service calls.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Service experience is preferable but not essential
* Experience in administration
* You will be organised and able to work well off your own initiative.
* Excellent IT Skills.
