We’re looking for a proactive, hard-working and driven SEO Manager to join our fast-growing team in Leeds!
This full-time role will involve working closely with our Head of Digital, to lead and further progress our SEO offering, to both new and existing clients. There’s heaps of opportunity to implement and build-on existing SEO strategies, whilst developing new business prospects and growing the wider internal team. Responsibilities:
* Leading and directing our SEO strategy & proposition
* Identifying new commercial opportunities and growing the current SEO client base
* Working on new business pitches and answering briefs
* Owning the senior stakeholder relationship
* Ensuring client efficiency monitoring and identifying solutions to any client challenges
* Leading and growing SEO content proposition
* Working with the Digital Business Directors to help shape the direction of our digital
* department and building a high performing SEO team
* Collaborating with client teams on campaign planning, delivery and reporting
* Keeping the agency up to date with industry and client updates
You will need:
* 4+ years agency experience
* Strong experience in SEO and CRO management
* Strong experience across a range of SEO and CRO tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, HotJar, SEM Rush, Hrefs)
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, Schema – Python would be a plus
* To be data-driven with extensive knowledge of SEO best practice
* Strong eCommerce strategy experience
* Efficient client management and presentation skills
* The ability to turn insight into action
* To be a positive, ambitious and collaborative team player as part of the wider agency
* Commercial awareness that will work with other teams to identify client opportunities
* Eligible to work in the UK
