My client specialises in Mechanical and Electrical Safe Systems of Work training for MOD, NHS and FM Companies and their primal audience Authorised and Competent Persons.
They are seeking a trainer on a permanent basis to teach adults;
Ventilation Courses (Authorised Person, Competent Person, HTM 03-01)- all within Healthcare environments (Hospitals)
To provide credible training, my client insists their trainers have experience in the relevant field and for this position having practical experience with ventilation (ideally within hospitals -NHS or PFI’s in Healthcare). If able to teach or experience teaching already this is a bonus. Anyone who applies must have at least one of the qualifications listed above, or be an Authorised Person with any subject speciality and have ventilation practical experience.
My client has a great support structure to teach individuals how to teach, with time spent shadowing and learning the ropes before actually teaching themselves- they will have plenty of time to learn the best techniques and they will watch their confidence grow!
Salary ranging from £40,000 – £42,000 depending on experience and qualifications, along with a company car, fuel allowance, laptop, tablet and mobile phone. The main base will be York, however, the applicant will also operate nationwide at their clients workplaces and therefore will be required to travel and stay away for short periods of time- expenses will be paid for this.
