Position: Senior Site Manager (NO.1) – Housing – New Build
Location: Forest Gate, E7
Salary: To £85k + Package
Senior Site Manager required by leading residential contractor to manage the build of 112 RC frame units, acting as a no.1 on site while reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager.
Company Overview: Our client is a leading contractor with a full order book. They deliver affordable housing in the South East and pride themselves on the quality of their end product and customer satisfaction.
Project: Their client; Gateway Housing has secured planning permission for 112 RC frame units in Forest Gate, E7 which is due to start in April.
Position: We require a Senior Site Manager to manage the project from inception through to handover, leading the scheme as a no.1.
The project is 6 storey RC Frame and is being carried out on a Design & Build contract.
Individual: The successful individual will be no.1 on this project and be fully responsible for the site set up through to successful delivery and hand over while reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager.
You will have a good track record of delivering new build housing schemes, preferable RC frame.
