We are looking for someone who lives and breathes digital marketing to head up our small but fast growing digital team in our integrated agency. The role will be to lead and inspire a busy small team of marketing executives. As well as join the company's leadership team to strive and push the business to greater heights.

You should have a fantastic grasp of organic search, PPC and technical SEO. You will show a good working knowledge of SEO tools such as SEM Rush and Ahrefs, Google analytics and Search Console. Also knowledge of other ways to engage clients through tools such as Mailchimp and Social Media,

Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and improvements, including organic SEO, email marketing, Google Adwords.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to clients
Strategise, implement and maintain our own digital marketing
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights
Collaborate with internal teams and help to integrate digital marketing across our web teams
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Be able to analyse websites for technical SEO and correct issues
Communicate technology strategy to directors and teams
Ensure service standards are promoted and adhered to
Supervise digital marketing team and dev teams in conjunction with the account handlers
Understand projects that are going through the system and stages they have reached. Actively chase through
Always be willingly available to help problem solve, support, communicate to all staff and generally go the extra mile
Quote works to clients directly or support directors and account handlers in providing quotes
Provide help in scoping out of projects and supporting documentation

Requirements
Demonstrable experience providing strategy and implementation across SEO and PPC
Experience in optimizing on page and off
Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, AHef Refs, WebTrends,
Search Console, Moz
Working knowledge of Google My Business and Citation Building
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of web development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Direct Reports:There is one person reporting to this position (another SEO) but the client will be expanding this to two very soon. It will also mean working with a member of staff on Digital PR and Social
£35K- £42K depending on experience and skills
37.5 hours per week
Location – 2 days in the office and three WFH
