Senior Sales Manager

Salary : £45000 – £50000/annum Commission

Currently read by over 100,000 users per month their audience is made up of senior advisers across the service sector (Law Firms, Accountancies, VCs & incubators) with the majority of readers being made up of founders and senior management at technology start-ups/ scaleups.
Due to growth and expansion they are looking for an experienced media sales professional who can help drive revenue across their digital products and physical event propositions.
You will have experience selling sponsored content such as article series, podcasts and branded reports. You will also have experience selling event opportunities such as round tables, awards and conferences both in-person and online.
The Company
Our Client is a well-respected brand which for a number of years has been the go-to source for funding round news related to UK start-ups. More recently their coverage has expanded to include more top-level coverage including founder interviews, government policy and regulation reporting.
They are also part of a larger group based in Aldgate, London. Also within the group is a boutique tech and finance PR agency, as well as a B2B Property News website . The comapny is growing rapidly and has doubled in size over the last 12 months!
Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to come in at ground level and build a team across the UK to bring in new business from the various regional hubs.
The role is perfect for someone that has experience working for a large publisher who wants to branch out and take ownership.
You will report directly to the owners and will be expected to present your own ideas and revenue opportunities.
