Senior Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks – Bedfordshire

Salary : £60000 – £90000/annum Car Pension Bonus
Our client are a leading residential groundworks contractor based in Bedfordshire. Due to significant growth as part of a controlled expansion plan they are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to financially manage residential groundworks packages for their blue chip national developer client base. The role will be office based in Bedfordshire with visits to sites in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. The Surveyor will be responsible for:
* Financially managing 3 – 4 groundworks projects at a time
* Producing monthly variations and cost reports
* Pricing variations
* Managing cash flow
* Settling client accounts
To be considered for the role you will have a background working with a recognised groundworks contractor in a similar position.
