Senior Quantity Surveyor required for one of our most popular clients! South coast based.
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering, Senior Quantity Surveyor, a seasoned professional who has a strong command of NEC forms of contract and someone capable of guiding the next generation of Quantity Surveyors. The company is well established, and who's roots date back nearly 100 years. Fast forward till today, and the company enjoys a vast array of schemes in the local area to include technical coastal schemes, land reclamation, complex bridge installs, highways remodelling and challenging projects for the MOD. An impressive 73% of next years orders are already secured, much of which have been secured through long running frameworks. Schemes are typically valued from £1m – £5m.
Live and forthcoming projects are in the New Forrest, Southampton, Ringwood and Portsmouth making this a really attractive option for applicants from West Hampshire.
