An exciting new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for an established, award-winning company in the Construction sector specialising within social housing projects.

Our client has over 60 years of knowledge and experience across a number of key sectors within the construction market.
After experienced significant growth, this hugely successful client are looking for a talented, enthusiastic individual to join their commercial team.
What you’ll be doing:
* As the successful candidate, you will be based in Glasgow or the West of Scotland be commercial responsible for your own new build social housing project.
* You will monitor & control build costs, carry out valuations and make sub-contractor appointments.
What you’ll need to be successful
* Have at least 5 years’ experience working for a main contractor or social housing contractor
* Comfortable being commercially responsible for your own project
* Be a confident individual who can lead people and take responsibility
* Have a degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent
