We have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work in the Manchester area for a major civil engineering main contractor. The organisation has been established over 150 years and has a turnover in excess of £820 Million per annum.
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor ready to make the next step or a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to join a rapidly growing new office in the North West that can offer a clear progression route.
This role will entail working on a major marquee civils project over £50 Million in value, the successful applicant will be part of a small team based on site for around 2 years delivering all commercial duties for the full project reporting into an onsite Managing Quantity surveyor and managing a number of project and assistant surveyors.
