Zinc Consult are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our current project team based in Leeds
The role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is an exciting opening for you to shine and demonstrate your skills and capabilities of overseeing multiple high profile projects within our clients portfolio

* £55,000-£60,000 per annum.

Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:
* Leading the commercial management of multiple sites on time and to budget.
* Pricing and ensuring estimates are submitted accurately and on time,
* Resolving pricing issues with Network Rail
* Liaison with Site Managers to collate information on day to day remits.
Requirements:
* Experience in managing change and variations.
* BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent
* Rail/Civils experience
* Minimum of 5 years experience in technical delivery of UK infrastructure projects.
* Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills
