Senior QS – Groundworks
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £70000 – £90000/annum Car Pension Healthcare Bonus
Our client are a leading groundworks contractor working with a select client base of residential developers. The business has grown exponentially and has established a new regional office as part of a controlled expansion plan. They are seeking a Senior QS to financially manage residential groundworks projects – the role will be office based in Oxford. The SQS will:
* Financially manage 3 – 4 groundworks projects at a time
* Produce monthly variations and cost reports
* Price variations
* Manage cash flow
* Settle client accounts
. To be considered you'll have:
* A background in a similar role with a civils or groundworks contractor
