Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Senior Planner for a permanent role.
Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.
Role:
Prioritising works to effectively make use of resources and time.
Manage and allocate field based operative daily and weekly workload.
Regular contact with clients, operatives and tenants – keeping all up to date with works progress.
Open, record and close repairs maintenance works on system
Resolve customer complaints.
General Administration support
Essential:
Planning and scheduling experience within Social Housing or Construction works
MS Office skills and experience
