Summary of role:
1.Working with assistants, executives and third party suppliers, set the strategy for and then deliver
outstanding influencer campaigns for our clients.
2.Establish the Influencer management proposition, building a unique service for our clients to recruit and manage consumers through targeted engagement to amplify our client campaigns. Working with others within Channel and Communications roles to define a technical framework to facilitate.
Areas of responsibility:
Lead others in Channel and Communications and drive the growth of the IMA influencer offering.
Working in partnership with others in the channel and communications, outline, define and implement the agency’s influencer proposition and process (including and necessary documentation)
Take ownership of the influencer strategy for the agency and on client briefs, where appropriate.
Responsibility for influencer creative concepts and how they are delivered.
Own projects and be responsible for successfully delivering.
Build support teams when required.
Establish yourself as an influencer champion within the agency – offering advice on how and what influencers to best engage for maximum effect.
Ensure an appropriate level of senior strategic or creative input, both in projects and at meetings.
Management of updated work in progress and status reports.
Ongoing budget control, reporting to the relevant Client Services team/ project owners.
Manage budgets ensuring events are delivered within budget and on time, using Synergist to inform planning.
Ensure that all elements of the Agency products are delivered with accuracy, to brief and at the highest quality to ensure we are delivering outstanding events.
Lead by example by working with internal platforms (eg. Synergist) and agency processes.
To act in the best interests of Intermarketing Agency at all times.

Ability to provide strategic direction
Ability to develop and support junior members of team
Ability to travel to meet clients and occasionally be away from home as and when required
