HR interim projects are a great way to progress within your career, and this Senior HR Advisor role is the perfect stepping stone to progess to BP level!
This local authority is looking for an experienced HR generalist, to assist with a range of ER matters, including grievance, disciplinary, restructuring and redundancy matters, as well as advising managers and assisting on project work, where applicable.
This full-time, temp position (starting 6 months) is the perfect opportunity to get some invaluable HR experience under your belt, and help you build an impressive portfolio to take with you into your next position!
Did I also mention that the role has flexible home-work hours? So you’ll have the opportunity to work from home at least 2 days a week.
