Senior Electronics Engineer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £50000/annum
We are currently recruiting a Senior Electronics Engineer to work for a leading Automotive Technology business in Warwickshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, testing and delivery of electronic and electrical automotive systems.
Key responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for the specification, concept, design packaging, and execution of automotive qualified electronic and electrical systems.

Work closely with a team of varied disciplines to coordinate the smooth introduction of new technology into varied prototype, demonstration, and testing/qualification platforms.
*
Support the engineering R&D team and wider business to ensure products, processes, and documentation are aligned with automotive industry expectations and standards.
Required Experience:
*
Degree qualified in an appropriate engineering discipline.
*
Proven track record of system/component design and delivery within ideally an automotive, or aerospace environment. Relevant design experience in telecommunications or other electronics engineering sectors may be considered.
*
Project engineering experience essential.
*
Experienced in the use of software for schematic capture, PCB layout tools, DFM and AEC-Q100.
*
Knowledge of compiling engineering Bill of Materials and other documentations.
*
Excellent fault-finding skills are essential, as is a willingness to be hands-on when required.
The annual salary for this role will be £50,000, plus company benefits and share options
