Great opportunity for a passionate and motivated Senior Claims Handler to join an established and highly regarded Claims Management Company based in Ipswich.
The successful Senior Claims Handler will be responsible for;
* Proactively pursue economic, early resolution of all claims. To reduce average claim life wherever possible and minimise claims spend for the company’s’ Clients
* Pursue recovery of losses on behalf of insurers and/or clients on all complex liability cases
* Ensuring that accurate reserves are placed on all cases so that their Clients have reliable MI with which to measure their potential exposure
* Liaise with Clients regarding settlement of complex/high value cases
* Assessing Quality through leakage and quality audits
* Complaints handling
* Deputising for Claims Team Leader
The Senior Claims Handler will have;
* Experience in Third Party Property Damage, Credit Hire Defence, Uninsured Loss Recovery Claims Handling
* Exposure to MOJ Portal
* Commitment to providing first class service
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work to deadlines
