About the opportunity
Our Senior Chef de Parties are a vital part of the kitchen line, training and mentoring the Chef de Parties, ensuring the quality of food delivered is consistently high.
The Chef de Partie team supports quality food production, using knowledge of current food and hospitality trends to drive sales, whilst contributing to a fantastic customer experience.
Just as we meticulously curate our fashion edit here at Fenwick Bond Street, we also carefully source an original and inspiring menu. Bond Street Kitchen is ideal for shoppers needing a respite from their fashion travels, or for guests who are looking for a stylish destination for a meeting. * Previous experience in a Senior Chef de Partie position – Essential
* Experience of cooking over coal – Advantageous
* Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate easily with our customers
* Previous experience with staffing and payroll management
* Strong coaching and training skills
