Senior/Project Architect (7-10 years post qualification) with previous practice/project management experience
Ideally already working in a Senior or Associate capacity within an established architectural practice with proven ability in project running. This role will also include leading fellow staff and liaising with clients, therefore interpersonal skills are essential.
Primarily working in the Residential and Commercial sectors, a good understanding of current construction techniques, procurement and standards is paramount.
Skills/Criteria;
ARB Qualification. 7-10 years post qualification experience
(with particular skills focused on technical design stages on Uk residential projects; housing and apartments)
Experienced in both Revit and Autocad
Comfortable networking
Able to problem solve and work to deadlines
Assist with practice management and mentoring
