Salary : £21000 – £24000/annum

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Senior Administrator to join our team in Southport. The Role will be hybrid working

The successful candidate will be able to provide a full range of administrative support. Maintaining records, databases and information systems and keeping up to date with software updates. Additionally, they will liaise with other departments and organisations in a professional manner, demonstrating the values of the MCL Group.

Key responsibilities

· Provide a full range of administrative support to a department or team or service.

· Attention to detail.

· Manage the quality of administration.

· Be flexible for ad hoc tasks.

· Produce documents and letters using our IT systems and keep up to date with system changes.

· Deal with face to face and telephone enquiries from clients and colleagues using excellent customer service skills and a friendly and flexible approach.

· Use computerised systems to enter and retrieve information as required.

· Plan, organise and prioritise own workload, in conjunction with colleagues as necessary.

· Any other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role.

Qualifications and experience

· Minimum 5 years in the role of administrative experience.

· English and Maths to GCSE or equivalent.

· Experience in using MS Excel, databases, Word and Outlook, SharePoint and Skype.

· Proven personal organisational skills.

· Ability to prioritise work.

· Good written and oral communication skills.

· Ability to work to tight deadlines.

Benefits

salary up to £24,000.00. (depending on experience)

Holidays starting at 25 days increasing to 28 days after 2 years service.
