Are you Learning Support/Teaching Assistant with excellent behaviour management? Do you have the drive and enthusiasm to enhance the educational experience of pupils who have Autism and barriers to learning?
Do you have a creative approach to sharing knowledge which encourages positive learning? Strategy Education are looking for motivated support staff for a mainstream Primary setting.
*SEN Teaching Assistants Primary • * £75 – £85 per day (dependent on specific experience)
SEN Teaching Assistant You will be an empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant who has at least 6 months experience supporting students that are on the Autistic spectrum. You will be enthusiastic, patient and resilient with a keen interest in developing your SEN understanding.
About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role. Assessing the individual learning needs of the pupil. Deal with challenging behaviour in a positive manner. Reporting and evaluating pupils’ progress to teachers, parents, carers and other professional bodies. Working with teachers to offer a bespoke and tailored education package for each child. Please note: You will need to be available for an immediate start.
