The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience; –
• 3 years' experience in an acquisition B2B sales management role selling complex IT solutions
• Ability to recruit and train Inside Sales effectively
• Experience selling to Mid-Market to Enterprise clients
• Ability to meet and exceed targets using both Telesales and Social Selling techniques
• Understanding of Cyber Security Software solutions
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools
• Managing and developing leads through creative sales pitch’s
• Great communicator and presentational skills
• Degree Educated or equivalent
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
