Role: Scheduler

Location: Aylesbury

Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 Per Annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08.00 – 17.00

Holiday Entitlement: 23 Days

As a Scheduler your responsibilities will be:

* Receiving inbound calls & emails and making frequent outbound calls & emails.

* Scheduling engineers to attend call outs and regularly updating them with their required jobs.

* Generation and closure of scheduled work orders, daily.

* Overseeing job completion in respect of in-house engineering and sub-contractor services.

* Updating in-house systems and informing external clients regularly of updates.

* Managing the helpdesk inbox efficiently daily.

* Constant liaison with engineers, subcontractors, and clients via phone/email.

* PPM asset management planning via our databases.

* Respond quickly and effectively to client queries.

* Raising jobs and purchase orders daily.

* Always providing excellent customer service.

* Completing various admin tasks as requested.

To be considered for this role, you will be comfortable liaising at all levels with clients and customers, be able to prioritise and organise your day, be a positive team player and you will thrive in diverse role and be confident juggling a varied and challenging workload.
