Software Sales Executive – Accounting Software Solutions

Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum OTE £85k + car/all
Software Sales Executive / New Business role to work for one of the leading UK Sage resellers and to add high value and loyal new customers to their ever growing client base. You will be selling Sage 200 which is the flagship accounting / ERP / CRM product for the UK Sage market. Previous experience of selling Accounting or ERP software is essential. Base salary to £45k, OTE £85k plus car allowance and health care.
This is a company of around 40 staff, looking after the ERP and CRM business needs of their Sage 200, Sage ERP X3 and Sage CRM clients. You will work alongside a team of marketing and tele-marketing execs as well as a Pre-Sales technical consultant, in a target driven environment and you should be capable of developing new business, planning and managing your sales cycle, presenting confidently at client meetings and maintaining good closure rates of deals.
They are looking for a dynamic New Business Software Sales Executive who has integrity, confidence and assertiveness with a hands-on approach and persuasive communication skills. You will have proven experience in IT Software Sales in the Accounting or ERP software sectors. They are looking for evidence of a stable and successful sales career and a good fit for the team.
Average deal sizes are £20 – 40k and this is a competitive space to work in. Ideally you will live within 2 hours commute of their head office near Woking in Surrey and will be looking to forge a long term sales career with a top UK Sage Partner. There will be plenty of opportunities to learn their other CRM and ERP software products and to gain new skills.
