Sales Support Administrator
Location: Addlestone
Salary: £20,000 -£30,000 PA (based on experience)
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday (inclusive) and
8:30am to 5:00pm on Fridays
Benefits: 24 day’s annual leave excluding the 8 bank holidays
An additional day of annual leave may be taken on the date of your birthday at the discretion of the Company. Regular social activities, Opportunity for training and progression
Summary of a Sales Support Administrator
In this role you will be responsible for relieving the recruitment consultants of admin tasks and will focus on maximising sales potential within the team. You will be required to manage and coordinate administration within the contract team.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Support Administrator
Relieve the consultants of admin tasks to help maximise sales potential within the team.
Interact on the phone with candidates and clients, for example checking in and dealing with enquiries
Communicating with candidates that are in current temporary assignments
Sending site details / on-boarding candidates / timesheet process / following our internal processes
Working as an effective team member and assisting the rest of the team where possible
Ensure colleagues are kept informed of any problems or opportunities relating to our clients and candidates
Occasional client interaction
Advertising roles / writing job spec
Key Competencies of a Sales Support Administrator
Proven background in administration
Recruitment experience is desirable
Process driven
Team Player
Excellent coordination and communication
High level of organisation
Strong IT skills (Microsoft package)
Database administration
Compliance from any industry
Payroll
Business Analysis
Project coordinating
