SALARY: Starting at £18,000 + uncapped commission + 5% total pay bonus

1st Year OTE pay is guaranteed

Due to an exciting combination of continued growth and expansion, we are looking for experienced and self-motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our experts within the Midlands Business Unit. You will be selling our solutions directly to farmers while also building awareness of our philosophy and brand to the local farming community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* To achieve sales of our Unique & Premium Product Range in Fertilisers, Soil Conditioners and Animal Nutrition/ Welfare Solutions to Farmers and Growers through local distribution channels.

* Seek, develop and maintain regular and continuous relationships with distributors and key players within the local farming community/region.

* Use existing customer/market data to develop ‘out of the box’ sales strategies.

* Active understanding of planning activity and pipeline management using our CRM system (Salesforce)

* Participation in team training activities or collaborative efforts and team working events.

ABOUT YOU

As a successful candidate you will have:

* Multiple years’ sales experience (Desirable)

* Quantifiable results in field-based sales roles (B2B and/or B2C)

* Agricultural background/knowledge of the industry or similar fields

* FACTS/BASIS certification or at a minimum desire to complete FACTS (Fertiliser Advisers Certification and Training) qualification within the first year of employment

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

* Confidence to target prospective clients and begin cold calling on the field via face to face and phone calls.

* Great organisational, planning and problem-solving capabilities

* Experience of using a CRM

* A full, clean UK Driving License (Manual)
