We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard working candidate to join a fun and friendly team, in a fast paced and exciting customer services and order processing role at our HQ.
The job will include but not limited to:
– Sales order processing on Navision from email orders
– Taking orders by telephone from farmers, buying groups, trade customers
– Liaising by phone and email with customers regarding product, price, and availability
– Booking in deliveries with customers for following day
– Giving customers accurate delivery times using vehicle tracker information
– Supporting the logistics team and assisting drivers with delivery locations, special instruction, changes to orders etc
– Dealing with new customer enquiries
– General customer support whatever it may be
– Checking off delivery paperwork
– And anything else that might crop up on a daily basis!
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and have a good grasp of numbers with attention to detail being paramount. Someone that shows initiative and is adaptable and wants to learn is a great asset for us
