Immediate start! This is a great opportunity to join an established & successful business based in Corby that values its employees.
Due to company growth, they are looking to increase their small, friendly and busy team. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 1 year of experience working within a busy and fast-moving customer service environment. Full training will be given. You will be confident and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise/organise your own workload.
General
* To accurately process and procure the required materials to ensure ‘on-time delivery to their customers using their industry-specific systems
* To complete their material quotations, when applicable, by due dates (and within 48 hours).
Specific Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and quotations for their trade customers.
* Build and maintain great customer relationships.
* To ensure, with colleagues, the checking of orders prior to production.
* To ensure quick and efficient responses to all customer enquiries including service and technical advice.
* To ensure the effective liaison with Operations and Finance functions and throughout the Sales and Marketing Department

* Confident telephone manner
* Excellent communication skills via telephone, email and internal messaging software

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm – 1-hour lunch
