As Sales Operations Coordinator in London, you will work with the global sales team, you will have experience of using and managing customer workflow in Salesforce. An analytical approach to working is essential, with the ability to build and run sales and customer reports. Helping to manage subscriptions and contracts, excellent verbal and written communication will be required for contact with customers. This is an Administration role rather than sales.

Description

As the Sales Operations Coordinator for this new publisher, you will:

Work with and supporting the global sales team in a variety of daily tasks.
Onboard customers, maintaining and managing customer profiles and subscriptions.
Manage and maintaining general sales data in company CRM and other software programs including Xtenit and a Bloomberg Terminal.
Develop and running daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for sales and customers.
Manage and maintaining sales process compliance with Account Managers.
Understand the keys goals and direction of the Sales Team and support appropriate processes to further achieve the company's objectives.
Train sales team to utilize systems that increase sales efficiency, including CRM and additional sales operations tools.Profile
