Salary: £35,000 per annum plus bonuses dependent on performance.

The Role of Sales Manager:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional with experience managing and leading a team of predominantly telephone and online sales staff. Duties include:
Take overall control and responsibility for leading and motivating our sales team to maintain and improve performance and revenues.
Implementing sales approaches and monitoring activity levels, quality of pitches and staff performance.
Training of new sales staff and involvement with recruitment.
Ensuring that our CRM system is used correctly and consistently by sales staff.
Reporting to directors regarding performance.
Bringing new ideas and approaches to our sales activities.
Ensuring best practice approaches to working habits and techniques.
Becoming directly involved in sales where appropriate.
In the long term, there may be opportunities for international travel depending on your performance and the ongoing world situation.
Requirements for the Sales Manager:
Experience successfully managing a team in a sales environment.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
A positive, confident communicator with a supportive energy.
Knowledge and understanding of CRM systems.
Proven track record of sales ability and success.
A proactive, motivated learner who is able to work independently, managing their own diary while keeping their team on track
Knowledge of the property and real estate industry is an advantage.
