Hours of work- Mon to Thru – 8.00am to 4.30 pm (Half hour lunch break)
Fri- 8.00am to 2pm
Skillection are delighted to be working with their manufacturing client based in Pudsey assisting them with the recruitment of an experienced Sales Ledger / Stock Control Administrator for their business.
This is a busy manufacturing organisation that are looking for a Committed and Conscientiousness Sales Ledger Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities
Input Sales Orders / Boms
Answering the phone
Booking in / match delivery notes to purchase orders and invoice
Tinplate stocks using Excel
Customer interaction
Solve ad hoc customer queries
Input works orders and create delivery notes
Labels for coatings, staff etc.
Office filing / Ad Hoc
Monthly stock takes using tinplate
PPI – OTIF and Scrap
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Sage Line 50 / Office Experience / Excel
EDUCATION
A Level ideally but not essential
EXPERIENCE
Office work
Skills
Admin, computer, Sage 50, great telephone manner
