Salary: £20,000 basic plus on target uncapped commission earnings of £10,000 to £40,000 per annum.

Our sales and business activities stretch across the whole world and have included the creation and operation of events in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Toronto, Dubai, Shanghai and London. Russia has been a particular area of growth over the past few years.

The Role of Sales Executive (Russian Speaking):

You will be speaking to UK and Russian prospects, introducing the International Property Awards, encouraging them to enter their projects and represent their region
You will be researching potential new prospects as well as following up on existing leads
While your initial sales will be of Awards entries, as you build up your pipeline, your successful clients can later be approached for a wide range of other products, including Awards presentations, events, advertising in winner publications and our magazine International Property & Travel
Achievable sales targets will be set
In the long term, there may be opportunities for international travel depending on your performance and the ongoing world situation

Requirements for the Sales Executive (Russian Speaking):

Fluent spoken and written Russian and English
A background in sales is preferable, but we also acknowledge and embrace candidates with an eagerness to learn and a desire to succeed
You should be driven and self-motivated
Some knowledge of the property industry is beneficial
You will need a good telephone manner and strong spoken and written English skills as the majority of sales are by telephone
Because of the international nature of the business, some flexibility is required with working hours to accommodate different time zones
Additional languages are useful but not essential
