The Company
Our client is a world leader specialist Manufacturing company with a fantastic reputation in industry. They are currently seeking an Administrator to support the customer support functions in the company. You will be providing quotations and processing customer orders to customers all over the world.
The Role
My client is looking for an Administrator that is able to effectively communicate with customers to produce and generate quotations.
The responsibilities are listed below:
· Communicate with customers via telephone and email
· Process and generate quotations to customer requirements
· All round administration duties
· Provide and excellent customer service to customers all around the world
· Help customers with sales orders from start to finish
The Candidate
1. Must be experienced in a customer support administration role
2. Ideally have experience in a technical environment but not essential
3. Good communication skills
The Package
The salary offered for this position is £25,000 – £27,000
