Salary : £24000/annum

We are looking to recruit a multi skilled Administrator to provide full support across 2 manufacturing sites and to be a vital part of the team assisting in many different areas of the business.
Some of the main duties will include:
* Dispatch administration
* Issuing credit limits on Sage
* Sales order processing
* Producing proforma invoices and purchase orders for customers
* Collating invoice information
* Process daily reports
* Acknowledgement of transport costs and invoices on Sage
* Printing of courier confirmation and customer invoices
* Deal with all the company scrap waste figures and invoices
* Credit control for UK customers
* Print stock level manuals to assist dispatch
* Stationary management
* Cover reception area, Meet and greet visitors, prepare drinks
* Answer all incoming queries & taking payment over the phone
This role is varied and offers variety – Full training will be provided

Hours of work Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm – 30 mins lunch
Salary £24,000pa
