A Sales Administrator is required to join the team in Evesham for a company who manufacture and export across the world. due to rapid recent growth,. . The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years+ experience in a similar role.

Main responsibilities:

* Raising quotations and responding to all customer enquiries

* Providing administrative support to the sales team

* Managing customer database

* Answering phone calls and assisting with sales enquiries

* Inputting orders onto the in-house system

* Liaising with warehouse/production teams

* Arranging shipments and booking freight both in the UK and across the world. Experience in handling export of goods would be useful.

* General office administration tasks

The Person:

* Experience in working in a similar role – 2 years+

* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

* Excellent organisational skills

* Pays attention to detail and able to use initiative

* Able to work under pressure and to deadlines

* A good team player

Salary : £18-25k dep on experience

Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays + Christmas Shutdown

Hours of work: full time Monday – Friday
