Sales Administrator
Our client have a long standing history within their industry and pride themselves with their design and creation. Due to an increase in business, they are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their already successful team.
The role
* Provide a seamless service to all customers
* Engage and communicate with customers that come via incoming phone calls, showroom visits and e-mail enquiries/orders.
* Engage and communicate effectively when speaking with customers on the phone to ensure they place their order
* Maintain and build relationships with clients
* Actively look for new customers and build up a database of users
* To co-ordinate with Sales Representative to find new business
* Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner whilst following all relevant internal procedures.
* Liaise with various departments to ensure the smooth running of the business
* Work with sales, warehouse, transport and support teams to fully leverage the capabilities of the organisation to drive sales and satisfy customers
Experience
* Sales, Customer Services or Administration background.
* Organised and disciplined.
* Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner.
* Strong work ethic.
* Passion for excellent customer service.
* Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Be a team player
* NegotiatAon skills.
* Excellent administration skills.
* To be driven, proactive and self-motivating to continually improve performance and learn
