Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £18500 – £19400/annum

Experienced, confident Sales Administrator immediately required within an electrical department for busy distribution company based in Brierley Hill

Main duties to include

* Inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers

* Taking and processing sales orders by phone, fax and email

* Answering all incoming enquires on process, products

* Advising on order progresses and deliveries

* Customer complaint handling and offering returns/refunds

* All general office and admin duties

The right candidate must

* Be experienced in a sales role, ideally Sales Admin or order processing

* Be confident and professional talking over the phone

* Able to work in a busy sales department

* Have a Bubbly, confident personality

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.25am – 4.45pm
