Salary : £22000 – £24000/annum

S Guest Consultancy Services is working in Partnership with a successful manufacturing organisation based in Aldridge. This is a temporary to permanent position so ideally the successful candidate will be available immediately and is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a warm and friendly team.
The successful candidate will be required to work 37 hours per week and support with all administrative tasks. Knowledge of SAGE is essential.
* Data Entry and processing volume sales orders
* First point of contact in the office
* Responding to and resolving queries
* Ensure all online documentation follows correct audit procedures
* Checking and collating Dispatch notes
* Sending out invoices
* Acknowledging sales orders
* Filing, scanning and adhoc administration
The ideal candidate will be happy working in a small team, be available immediately and looking to secure a permanent position, be confident using their initiative, proficient with SAGE, intermediate knowledge of MS Office and be confident multitasking duties and prioritising work loads.
Salary £22,000 – £24,000
Hours are 37 hrs per week ( 5 days per week) but flexible
