JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Sales Administrator.

ROLE PROFILE:

* To provide essential administrative services to assist the efficient operation of all functions within the Sales Department.

* To process all customer orders

* Raise and issue order acknowledgements

* Raise transfer orders for orders received from France, Germany and Spain.

* Gain and keep up to date your awareness and understanding of Intrastat requirements and export declarations in co-ordination with Import/Export administrator.

* Preparation of orders in line with client requirements

* Provide cover for other internal administration functions

PERSON PROFILE:

* Be effective at planning and organising, managing your time and workload.

* Be understanding of customer needs when representing the Business and the Group.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficient in the use of Information Technology, for example using MS Office, email, internet and bespoke systems.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

* Experienced administrator, ideally supporting a sales function

* Order processing experience

* Experience of directly working with customers and clients

* IT literate across the MS Office package.

* Experience using a CRM system
