Salary : £22000 – £23000/annum

Our client is a niche designer and manufacturer of specialised munitions, pyrotechnics and related equipment. The business is currently seeking a Sales and Commercial Administrator to strengthen their existing team based in our facility on the outskirts of Lincoln. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual wanting to further develop their career within a growing SME business.
Flexible Part Time hours may be considered for the right applicant.
Definition and Purpose of the Position:
Our client is looking for a experienced Sales and Commercial Administrator to join our growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the Sales Team with incoming Sales enquiries (Calls / eMail etc)
• Search databases opportunities
• Produce and follow up on product quotations.
• Track order status and delivery forecasts
• Assist in the production of monthly reports.
• Load Sales Orders on SAGE
• Create and follow up Shipping Enquiries
• Follow up Export Licence Applications
• General administration tasks

Skills & Experience
• Computer literate
o Microsoft Office Experience
o ERP Systems (Sage 200 preferred)
o CRM Systems
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Commercial and / or logistics experience preferred
Qualifications
• College / University graduate preferred
• 5 GCSE’s or equivalent (Incl. Maths & English)
• Full driving licence
This role is a permanent position, hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and salary is £22,000-£23,000.
